Fish can undergo a variety of medical or cosmetic surgeries and a veterinarian is specialized at anesthesia, wound management, and post op pain and infection management. Example surgeries performed include koi tumor debulking, pufferfish tooth reduction, gastric debris removal, and exophthalmic "eyeball" decompression.
